About Ellie

Hi! I've had experience working as a one-on-one aide at a local middle school, which I absolutely loved. Working closely with children and supporting their individual needs has been such a rewarding experience for me throughout my life! I've been around children my whole life. I grew up helping care for my four younger siblings, so I've never been a stranger to the responsibilities that come with looking after children. I began babysitting in my neighborhood at age 12, often caring for up to five kids at a time ranging from ages 2-14. I also worked as a full time nanny from caring for 11-month-old. Nowadays, I love watching my niece and nephew whenever I can! I'm no stranger to changing diapers, cooking simple meals, performing lite housework, and playing with kids. I understand the importance of engaging with children, and truly treating them with love and respect. I also understand th importance of routines, and respecting and following directions from parents.
