About Elliana

For the past 5 years, I have babysat for families with children aged 0-9. I have experience working in a Montessori pre-school as a substitute teacher and a teacher's assistant in summer schools for students newly immigrated to the US. I experience with gentle parenting techniques, have worked with gender non-comforming children and children who speak French and Spanish. I would be enthusiastic to work closely with you to develop an understanding of how to meet the particular needs of your child or children, providing summer care or occasional babysitting. My approach is to provide a warm and nurturing environment, in which children can express their curiosity, try new things, build their confidence and skills in relating to others. I seek to empower children to develop self-reliance and competence, through a fun atmosphere of play and exploration
