Horrible experience with her. Everything went well with her, and we set up the start date. But 3 days before the start date, I called her see if she could start early. She didn't answer, later she replied me said she couldn't help me with kids. And she send me messages through Care.com. I was so shocked. I didn't get any of her messages though care or my personal phone. And it really screwed me up!!! I would not recommend her at all!
