About Ellen

We hired Ellen to care for my bedridden mother. She committed to the hours. She didn't show for her first shift. When I called her, she was busy making food for a graduation and said she couldn't come to care for my mother. She made a mistake. She had taken another position in her other job and forgotten our commitment. When I asked if she could at least make the next agreed-upon shift for the following day to care for my mother, she said yes, only to send me a text a couple of hours later stating she couldn't make it. She put my mother in a precarious situation. I would never recommend this person.
