Reading & Special Education Teacher to Tutor Reading, English and Math in Downingtown & Nearby Areas Licensed Experienced & Certified-Available Tutoring Hours are 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. I have been successfully teaching 26 years in grades nursery through college and have enjoyed every moment of it. I have a BA in Education , a Masters in Reading and certifications in Education, Special Education, and Reading. I know many winning strategies to tutor students who are gifted, struggling or Special Needs. I know Orton Gilingham, and I'm also Wilson Reading certified. I have all the flash cards , Fundations' workbooks, magnetic boards, and readers for this program. There are many active reading comprehension techniques that I also incorporate into my lessons. I teach math skills and techniques using math manipulatives, worksheets , technology, and lots of repetition. I believe everyone can learn. You should never give up! It's all about being able to find the way that works for him/her
