I have been working with individuals with special needs ages 3+ for 4 years. I am passionate about doing as much as I can for these from connecting them to services, to advocacy and to helping them reach their goals. I have worked one-on-one with individuals in the community as a part of residential teams and as a respite provider in my home. I have been trained and I am experienced in medication administration as well as first aid, CPR and other various clinical skills. Additionally, my time as a camp counselor for kids with disabilities has given me the opportunity to work with larger numbers of children and young adults at one time and organizing activities that are inclusive yet meet the needs of each individual camper regardless of ability.
