Ellen has a passion for and commitment to caring for older adults. As a child, she grew up close to both sets of grandparents and provided round-the-clock, in-home care to her maternal grandparents as they aged in place in northern CA. She's worked with aging adults her entire career as a CNA because she loves this demographic and has a unique compassion and talent for working with them. Her patience is boundless, she's attentive and informed about the common (and uncommon) health issues, and she brings humor and kindness to her work. Ellen respects the dignity of her patients and is a constant advocate for their needs in a congregate-care setting.
