About Ellen

I have several years of experience working with children through coaching cheerleading for youth ages 7 to 18 while pursuing my Human Services degree at Purdue University. During my studies, I completed an internship at The Children's Bureau, where I worked with children of all ages and their families, helping support their individual needs and goals. In addition to my professional experience, I regularly care for my nieces, ages 7 and 1, my nephews, ages 5 and 3, and their newborn brother. I am also the proud mother of an 8-month-old daughter, which has further strengthened my understanding of child development, patience, and the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. These experiences have enhanced my ability to engage with multiple children at once, build positive relationships, and support their growth and development!
