It’s impossible in this review to adequately describe how valuable Ellen has been to my family. Ellen provided care for my father for two years. She is very knowledgeable and has natural leadership skills and great communication. We will never be able to thank Ellen enough for making it possible for my dad to live at home until he passed which was his desire. He had amazing care and i was able to keep my job. My dad loved Ellen and she made his life so much more rich and happy. He needed a lot of care especially in the last year but when you entered his house it was always neat as a pin and all the direct care elements like wipes, gloves, depends etc were all kept discretely out of view. He was always very particular about these things and his own personal grooming which remained impeccable. Any health issue that arose was quickly addressed and his care was adapted to his needs as he declined without missing a beat because of Ellens medical training and extensive experience. But it was her commitment to my dad, her loyalty and concern for his family and the companionship she provided that made her a unique and highly valuable member of his team. I genuinely cannot say enough but suffice to say that anyone who gets to work with Ellen is very lucky.
