 I had the good fortune of meeting Lerisa/Elle nine months ago.  She joined the care team for my 101 year old great aunt, Nana.

I  can attest to her hard work, dedication, and commitment to her home caretaker duties. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great caregiver.

I can also attest to her ability to care for elderly or disabled individuals in their homes. She has an excellent understanding of how to care for these individuals and has gone above and beyond in her efforts to ensure their safety and well-being. She has a great ability to anticipate their needs and quickly address any issues or concerns they may have.
Lerisa is also very reliable and always shows up to work on time. She is a great team player and has a strong ability to communicate with other caregivers to ensure the best care for the patients in their homes.

As our mother fell deeper into Alzheimer hell, it became nearly impossible to provide the constant attention that she required. Lerisa came to us and provided the physical and emotional support we desperately needed! Always on time, always a happy attitude, and meticulous attention to our mother's needs. Mom has now passed and we will be forever grateful to Lerisa for helping us through this difficult time.

Lerisa is very easy to talk with, she has a unique ability to connect on so many levels.  She is upbeat, has a positive vibe and is a ray of sunshine.

Lerisa is an absolute gem.   She is part of the team that was caring for my parents.  She was present when my mother unexpectedly passed away and her compassion and the care she provided to my father in that moment was awesome.   She has continued to be part of the team that has allowed him to stay safe at home.   She engaged with him and has made an extraordinary effort to encourage and enable him to get out of the house when possible.  She communicate well with family about how he is doing, makes good suggestions to improve his quality of life and helps facilitate participation in regular video calls with family.
