I had the good fortune of meeting Lerisa/Elle nine months ago. She joined the care team for my 101 year old great aunt, Nana. Lerisa lights up a room with her beautiful energy and passion for caregiving. She and Nana were immediate friends. Lerisa created a caring and comfortable environment and Nana continues to flourish. In all aspects of the job, Larissa sets the bar. She is loving, thoughtful, and respectful of Nana's autonomy. She is extremely observant regarding health issues and interacts effortlessly with all medical personnel. She is loved by family members, visitors and the caregiving team. I have hired many caregivers for my parents over the years, and we have a wonderful team. However, when I met Lerisa, I knew she was a rare gem!
