Ellen has an extensive background in childcare. She done behavioral and developmental works as well as basic childcare. She works well with all ages but if you are a new parent Ellen is the nanny you want. She is very encouraging and respectful with all decisions made for your child while giving advise if asked. Ellen is very grounding during an otherwise very stressful time, finding childcare if stressful but Ellen makes it very easy.
