I have nannied for about 4 years now and consistently for two years - infants all the way up. Alongside my experience, I am the oldest of 8 children so my experience with younger children has been instilled since I was young, nonetheless I love being around kids. I love being outside, sports, anything that involves moving and being active. Depending on age, I love to incorporate activities that strive to build creativity and growth as well! Elle was great I had hired her for a part time position and my little one loved her. Only thing is she no called no showed and gave no reason as to why she suddenly quit. I would have rather her communicate with me and give me a heads up so I could have found child care and not been caught off guard unexpectedly. Very disappointing.
