Hello! My name is Ella. I'm a recent graduate with a degree in music and songwriting. I've worked with children in a wide variety of capacities, including as a camp director and counselor, respite caregiver, and music teacher. One of the roles I've enjoyed most involved caring for children on the autism spectrum. I approach caregiving with the philosophy that children have just as much to teach adults. I strive to create an environment where children can safely explore their natural creativity and curiosity. I've even taught kids how to write their own songs and I usually have my guitar in tow! I'm hoping to find a family who needs care on weekdays and weekends. While I do have musical performances on some evenings, I can generally work around your schedule with advance planning.
