About Ella

Hey there! My name is Ella. I'm from the North Fork of Long Island and currently live in NYC! I have my BA in Theater and Public Action from Bennington College. My experience working with children is far from limited. For 4 years, I worked as the Assistant Director & Music Director at Hapi Children's Theater Company. During the summer of 2021, I worked at Sylvester Manor Educational Farm as a head counselor to 2-4-year-olds. During the summer of 2020, I worked as a full-time nanny for two sets of twins ages 9 and 11. I would create a schedule for each week so the children and parents had a sense of structure and stability. Since then, I have worked for four other families after moving to NYC. I truly love working with young kids, and I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach.
