About Ella

I'd describe my personality as curious, thinking outside the box and a listener. I like working with kids because they bring different and insightful perspectives. Kids are so much smarter than they're given credit for sometimes and letting them know that their opinions matter is important. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling, enlightening and something that I don't mind coming back to. In my spare time, I like to read, play videogames, look up new recipes and learn new things. My skills include helping children to understand their feelings and voicing them, keeping them busy and entertained and teaching new things.
