About Ella

I'm fun, energetic, and empathetic, and I bring a positive attitude to everything I do. I connect easily with kids and love their creativity and unique personalities. I find it rewarding to help children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. I started working with kids in elementary school helping younger children at my cheer gym, then expanded my experience through a preschool class in high school and babysitting for families in Pittsburgh and Upper St. Clair. These experiences taught me patience, responsibility, and how to care for children of different ages. In my spare time, I enjoy painting, drawing, walks, and spending time with friends. My top childcare skills are multitasking, empathy, and creating a fun, engaging environment where children feel supported and happy. I'm organized, dependable, attentive, and strive to create a nurturing space while making each day enjoyable, creative, positive, and full of learning. I help children build confidence with encouragement.
