About Ella

Hello! My name is Ella Rose, and I'm passionate about providing compassionate, reliable senior care. While I'm newer to professional caregiving, I've completed an intensive CNA summer course with clinical experience, where I gained hands-on skills in personal care, mobility support, communication, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment for each individual. This experience gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and emotional aspects of caregiving. I'm also CPR-trained and Mental Health First Aid certified, ensuring I can respond calmly and effectively in any situation. I take pride in being patient, attentive, and kind, and I truly enjoy connecting with seniors--whether it's through conversation, helping with daily routines, or simply offering companionship. I'm currently studying Food and Nutrition at Framingham State University, which has deepened my understanding of balanced meals and overall wellness--something I love to bring into my care approach.
