Hello! My name is Ella Rose, Nurturing children comes naturally to me. My five years of childcare experience have solidified my passion for fostering their growth and development. Previous babysitting roles showed me how much I enjoy supporting families by providing reliable care. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. Enforcing household rules is something I'm very comfortable with. I enjoy playing outdoor games, educational activities, and even some fun, age-appropriate technology-based games with kids. I am comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages. I have completed some college coursework and hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I have my own car and am comfortable with pets.
