About Ella

Nurturing children's growth is my passion, especially for those with special needs. I am a recent psychology graduate with over seven years of experience working with children, in both household and school settings. My approach is both creative and friendly. I keep parents informed through verbal updates at pickup and by respecting their preferred communication methods. I am very comfortable upholding household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games and educational activities. I am also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am certified in First Aid and CPR.
