About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella - a UVM student with years of experience working with kids. I've coached snowboarding at Sugarloaf and Sugarbush, and most recently supervised the Micro Blazers program at Sugarbush, overseeing 30 preschoolers and 10 coaches. I've also babysat for family friends, helped with weddings, and love creating safe, fun environments where kids can be themselves. I'm passionate about mutual respect and meeting kids where they're at - having fun, but also teaching boundaries and helping kids learn to set their own. I'm very active, love the outdoors, and enjoy cooking, so I'm happy to help with meals, outdoor play, or just being a steady, supportive presence.
