Ella always has a positive attitude and a smile. She is great at recapping the day, and helping explain to children why/how they can redirect their behavior. She takes direction well and goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are enjoying themselves and parents feel supported. We entrusted Ella to drive our children to the library, museums, and parks. She is imaginative and collaborative and we recommend Ella whole-heartedly.
