About Ella

I build positive and meaningful connections with families. I provide nourishing meals to children. I am always willing to do whatever is needed and I take a lot of pride in my role. I'd describe my personality as fun, engaging, responsible, and caring I love working with kids because it allows me to meaningfully connect with a child and make a positive impact. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a positive role model, and fill a helpful and important role for families. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I volunteer with special needs kids, babysit, and tutor. In my spare time, I like exploring Miami, being active, and spending time with friends and family.
