Hi! My name is Ella, and I recently graduated with a degree in Health & Physical Education. I recently moved to Herndon and am looking for summer work doing what I love most--working with children. During college, I gained experience working with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities through the Transition Achievement Program (TAP) and as a Rock Life Peer Coach. In TAP, I supported high school students by helping them make healthy choices and providing companionship during lunch. As a peer coach, I assisted a student with schoolwork, offered guidance, and became someone they could rely on. These experiences strengthened my passion for helping children grow, succeed, and feel supported.
