About Ella Rose

Hi! I'm Ella. My husband and I recently moved to Lexington from Oklahoma City for his medical residency, and I'm excited to connect with local families. As the oldest of five children, caring for kids has always come naturally to me. I also have 2-3 years of babysitting experience with family friends and love creating a safe, fun, and structured environment for children of all ages. I earned my master's in healthcare management, which strengthened my skills in leadership, organization, and accountability--qualities I bring to every job. I'm patient, dependable, and respectful of household routines and expectations. I enjoy outdoor play, puzzles, board games, and helping with cooking, homework, or carpools. I also communicate clearly with parents through texts or in-person updates--whatever you prefer. I'm comfortable with pets and have a sweet Bernese Mountain Dog at home.
