About Ella

Hello family! My name is Ella, I'm a behavior technician with AST during the work week. Working with children on spectrum, I've come to pride myself on creativity, flexibility, and compassion. I've also learned that small children tend to take a liking to my silly and energetic personality. My job keeps me trained and certified in CPI and CPR. My life keeps me trained in doing chores (correctly, the first time) and keeping my head above water. Whatever your family's needs are, I can understand them and we can make it happen.
