About Ella

Hello! My name is Ella, and I've been working with kids for many years. I'm currently a senior at UNO, earning dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology. I'm looking for 25/40 hours a week, and my rates vary depending on your family's needs. I'm happy to work with you to find something that works for both of us! For the past year, I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Before that, I was a paraprofessional in an elementary school and a swim instructor for kids of all ages. I love creating engaging, structured routines, and I provide weekly activity plans, monthly themes, and daily schedules to keep kids active and entertained. I'm also happy to help with homework, light cleaning, and home organization as needed. I'd love the chance to get to know your family and support your child's growth in a safe, fun environment!
