About Ella

I am 18 years old. I work at a Headstart. I'm willing to do babysitting on the side though. I've been a babysitter for 4 years. I have lots of patience for children. I'm available to work with children ages 3 months to 6 years old. I'm very flexible, organized, respectful, and responsible. I'd describe my personality as being kind, honest, and reliable. I like working with kids because it keeps me young, it's super meaningful to me. It's something I really enjoy. It will improve my parenting ability in the future. I also want to have a positive impact on children's lives, build relationships, and help children and myself build better communication skills. One thing you should know about me is that I'm really good with kids and enjoy being around them. I have plenty of experience. I am also Red-cross babysitting certified and First Aid & CPR certified. Also, I have a valid drivers license. My skills include communication, leadership, and patience.
