Ella is the absolute best!!! We worked with Ella while on a family trip, and she provided daily care for my father. She is very kind and patient, and was wonderful at providing the care that my father needed. His care required wheelchair transfers (in settings that were not very accessible) and Ella was extremely skilled at helping him with those. She also assisted in help with dressing, prepping for the day, bathroom assistance, clean-up, and much more. On one of the days he was feeling sick, and she was extremely nurturing, and focused on helping him to feel better and be comfortable. She was also a great companion - my father immediately appreciated her help, and was happy to talk to her and spend time with her. We were so lucky to work with her on our trip, and I would recommend her to any family in need of support.
