About Ella

My name is Ella and I've basically been caring for kids since I was a kid myself! I'm the oldest of four and have spent my entire professional career in education, with my primary focus being on outdoor/experiential ed. After college I spent some time as an au pair in Madrid! Additionally, I''ve worked at an outdoor science school in CA, a survival camp in OR, and in wilderness therapy in UT. I am now starting a dual masters degree at the University of NH for social work and recreational management and policy. This summer I will be managing the Mendums Pond area and am looking for additional ways to save up for grad school. My preference would be to work with infants/toddlers (I've been working with teenagers and college students for the past several years and would love to change it up by going back to the beginning!)
