About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella, a reliable and nurturing caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I began babysitting at age 11 and have continued throughout my academic and professional career. I am a NYS certified teacher with a Master's degree in English Education and currently work full-time in a high school. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and am CPR and First Aid certified, with five years of experience working in nursing homes. I love engaging children in creative play, outdoor activities, reading, and structured homework support. My background in education allows me to provide strong academic guidance when needed. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and calm under pressure. Creating a safe, structured, and positive environment is always my priority.
