About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, I'm 20 years old, and I'm from Norwood, New Jersey. I'm outgoing, caring, and passionate about helping children learn and grow. I love creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where kids feel supported and confident. I've been working with children since I was 12, starting with my younger cousins and later gaining experience with children with special needs. These experiences taught me patience, compassion, and adaptability. Outside of childcare, I'm a dedicated bodybuilder, so staying active and healthy is important to me. I enjoy encouraging active play, outdoor activities, crafts, games, and reading. I'm dependable, patient, and caring, and I look forward to building a trusting relationship with your family and providing exceptional care for your little ones!
