About Ella

I want families to know that I'm dependable, safety-conscious, and genuinely enjoy working with kids. I'm home for the summer from Michigan State University, where I'm studying Advertising Management, and I bring four years of lifeguarding experience, including CPR and first aid training. I take responsibility seriously, I'm patient, and I always strive to create a safe and fun environment for children. I'm also happy to help with light chores, homework, or anything else that makes your day a little easier. I'd describe my personality as kind, fun, and outgoing I like working with kids because I love the energy kids bring, it's unpredictable, fun, and always keeps me on my toes. I also enjoy helping them grow. I'm looking for a job that I can connect with kids, keep up with their energy, and be someone they feel comfortable around.
