About Ella

Hi! I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and being part of their growth and creativity. I love coming alongside families and helping in whatever ways they need. I've worked with kids for years-starting as a mommy's helper at 11, babysitting since 15, and working at summer camps leading kids and teens. I enjoy helping kids learn, laugh, and feel cared for. I'm organized and value a good routine, but I also believe kids should have fun and be creative. I love crafts, games, outdoor adventures, and making everyday moments exciting. I'm calm, patient, and quick to respond in different situations. I value kindness, patience, and treating every child with care and respect. I can help with meal prep, diaper changes, light housekeeping, and adapting to each family's needs. My goal is to create a safe, positive space where kids feel comfortable, have fun, and look forward to our time together!
