Hi, I'm Ella! I'm late diagnosed autistic with a special interest and vast understanding and knowledge in kiddos who often are misunderstood, labeled as challenging, or just need extra supports. I have experience working with many individuals on the spectrum as well as the trainings and knowledge of how best to support and keep these kiddos safe. Although I often disagree with ABA principles and practices, I gained many insights from my time in this field. Although I have a personal connection to autism, I have extensive experience with individuals who have ADHD, kiddos with developmental delays, and kiddos with other disabilities including but not limited to restricted vision or hearing, cerebral palsy, and more. I'm forever passionate on getting to know kiddos for who they are and meeting them where they're at, as I was once an overlooked and misunderstood kid who later had to figure out my own diagnosis on my own, and in adulthood.
