About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I am currently an honors nursing student. I love working with children and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for families. I previously worked as a private in-home caretaker for a 21-year-old with complex medical needs, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, responsibility, and caregiving skills. It has also taught me the importance of building trust and meaningful relationships with both individuals and families. I am dependable, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about caring for others. I enjoy staying active, helping with routines and homework, doing creative activities, and being a positive role model for kids. As a future nurse, providing kind and attentive care is something that means a lot to me.
