About Ella

I find immense joy in making a positive impact on young lives while providing families with reliable, high-quality care. My approach is patient, calm, and highly creative, ensuring that every child feels encouraged and excited throughout the day. With my background, I have coached dance classes for six years with up to 14 children per class, ranging in ages 2-16. I am currently a junior planning on getting a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I have First Aid and CPR training and my coursework helps me facilitate meaningful learning. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, and crafts. I enjoy being outside and enjoy taking kiddos out to experience nature, I also love animals!
