About Ella

For the past two years, I've had the privilege of caring for children aged 4-14 and I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact during their formative years. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. I am happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have some college experience and early child development coursework.
