About Ella

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, responsible, and warm. I like working with kids because I've had a lot of jobs and the ones I've had working with them have always been the most fulfilling. I had a nanny growing up and she didn't only help me and my siblings but I got to see how her help took stress off my mom. I'm looking for a job that has a somewhat structured hours. I would prefer structured work hours but I'll still go with the flow and be flexible. I started working with kids when I was 16 by working at horseback riding camps, that turned into teaching group and individual horse back riding lessons. In the summer of 2024 I worked as a child development coach at KidStrong. Now, I volunteer reading at elementary school. In my spare time, I like to take my dog to the dog park, ride my horse, journal, and read. One thing you should know about me is I'm extremely dedicated to doing good work at my job. My skills include time management, task efficiency, diligence.
