I can't say enough about how great Ella is. She cared for my husband with Parkinsons and she knew exactly what to do. Ella is smart, caring and kind. She took on tasks on her own initiative; when she saw something needed to be done, she did it. She knew before I did what to worry about and what not. Her English is impeccable so there is no worry about communicating. Had we not moved out of state, Ella would still be with us. You would be lucky to have her.
