Ella cared for our first baby from the day we came home from the hospital, when our baby was just 3 days old, until 2 months old. Although she is young, she has a lot of experience caring for newborns. When our baby was about 25 days old, we started dealing with gas discomfort and sudden bouts of crying. As a first-time parent, I felt overwhelmed and worried. Ella gently helped our baby with bicycle-leg movements and the “airplane hold,” which seemed to bring so much relief. Seeing our baby settle down felt like magic! Although her English is limited, we found ways to communicate and got along wonderfully. We are so grateful for her care and support during those first two months. Thank you, Ella!
