Ella is a very trustworthy and responsible caregiver as she provides her unconditional support while working with families. She has had plenty of experience working with children and, as a registered nurse, is quick-thinking when necessary. She is very caring and loving as well as funny and engaging while working with children. She is a great person to work with as she is extremely approachable and understanding.
