About Ella
Experience: 6 yrs
Hello! My name is Ella, and I'm 24 years old. I have over 6 years of childcare experience caring for children of all ages, I truly love supporting their growth and learning. I've worked at a behavioral agency, where I gained experience in educational settings, helping children develop new skills and managing challenging behaviors. Currently, I am pursuing a Psychology degree, with a focus on understanding behavior. I enjoy all kinds of activities with kids and love animals. I'm also a triplet, so I have personal experience with multiples!
