My name is Ella. I am a dedicated nursing student with three years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and I am passionate about creating a safe, comfortable environment for seniors. My healthcare background includes two years at Benedictine Living Community and two summers at Oak Ridge Care Center, as well as serving as an EMT for my local department. Through these positions, I have gained valuable experience in memory care and transitional care, helping residents with their daily activities with patience, dignity, and respect. Fully certified as an EMT and CNA, with CPR and First Aid training, I blend practical medical skills with genuine empathy to ensure every senior receives high-quality care.
