My name is Ella, and supporting families through reliable, engaging care is my true passion. As a nursing student with certifications as an EMT, CNA, CPR, and First Aid provider, safety is always my highest priority. My background as a camp counselor and seven years of teaching ski and snowboard lessons have taught me how to connect with children of all ages through active, hands-on fun. I strongly believe in screen-free engagement, whether we are exploring outdoors, playing games, or creating crafts.
