It took me a long time to find someone like Ellaina—reliable, talented, honest, hardworking, punctual, and truly kind. She’s incredibly meticulous and has consistently done a better job than two professional cleaning companies I tried before. She works with the supplies I already own (at my request), and there’s nothing she won’t tackle—from deep-cleaning vacuum attachments to scooping the litter box. She’s focused and efficient, but also warm and thoughtful when engaged in conversation. I trust her completely, even when I’m not home. Her rates are extremely reasonable given her skill level—and beyond housekeeping, she’s also a certified medical assistant and registered home care aide, experienced with bed-bound clients and trained to safely operate a Hoyer lift and administer insulin. Ellaina is an absolute gem, and I feel lucky to have found her.
