My name is Ella, and I am a driven, reliable, and compassionate childcare provider with a strong passion for working with children. As the middle sibling, I gained early hands-on experience caring for younger kids, which shaped my nurturing personality and sense of responsibility. I have reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic, and I value punctuality and consistency. I volunteered in my church's childcare department throughout high school, assisting with activities and helping create a safe, positive environment. I am hardworking, organized, and creative, and I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities. I currently work as a server, where I've developed strong communication and customer service skills.
