About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a passionate, responsible, and energetic caregiver currently based in New York City. I'm pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Arts Management at Marymount Manhattan College, where I maintain a 4. 0 GPA while balancing a rigorous schedule of classes, rehearsals, and performances. Originally from Arizona, I've always loved working with children and have experience in both childcare and arts education. As a performer, I bring creativity, patience, and strong communication skills to every environment. I'm organized, dependable, and love creating fun, engaging activities for kids- from music and storytelling to crafts and outdoor play. My background in theatre makes me especially attuned to empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence- qualities I find essential when caring for children.
