Ella babysat for us once a week for about 5 years for our two girls. When she started our girls were 8 months and 3 years old. Ella became very important to our family very quickly. She was always very dependable. The girls love her. She came up with games and activities, but isn't nervous about being stern when needed. She prepared meals and always left the house clean. We were so sad when she left Portland, but know she's doing great things in Chicago. Any family that gets to work with Ella is very lucky.
