About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I am a caring, and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience working with children in both babysitting and classroom settings. For the past two years, I have held a steady babysitting/nanny position, where I was responsible for daily care, engaging activities, homework help, school pick-ups and transportation using my own car. I am currently attending the University of Central Florida, majoring in Elementary Education. Through my coursework and hands-on experience, I have developed an understanding of child development, age-appropriate learning, and positive behavior support. I value clear communication with parents and strive to be patient, reliable, and attentive to each child's individual needs.
