About Ella

My passion for childcare began with babysitting at 13, and I've been making a positive impact on children's lives ever since. I have seven years of experience and some college education. Adaptability is my strength; I tailor my energetic or calm approach to your child's comfort. I enjoy outdoor activities, creative projects, and educational games, like the time I babysat and she absolutely loved fairies so we spent the day outside on a little hike and gather materials and I helped her build a fairy house! I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision (I have been a competitive swimmer for most of my life and after that a Waterpolo player.) I have First Aid Training and CPR Training and I used to be a lifeguard. I communicate with parents using their preferred method and strictly adhere to household rules. I aim to create lasting happy memories for your child.
